12 Months to a Healthier You – June (Drink More Water)

It is the halfway point to healthierness. Wow! Time flies. First, let’s check out this month’s goal. Then it’s time for a check in.

June: Drink a glass of water every morning. This is one challenge I think I can easily take on. And I do believe that water can make a big difference in your health. Cheers!

Now, halfway point means time to check in. I’ll admit that some months have been better than others. And I’m actually looking back at some of the challenges that I didn’t like and thinking they might be useful after all. I think it all comes down to by in. You get out only as much as you put in. Here at my halfway checkpoint, I’ve started to cultivate some healthy habits, like doing yoga several days a week and packing healthier lunches. But I still have health goals to achieve and I’m looking forward to finishing off strong on the health challenges coming up. I think the important thing to remember is that everyone has bad days (or months). You just have to commit to staying the course and not throwing the towel in during those bad times.
